An exam teacher who is successful is aware of the importance and usefulness of exams. Such a teacher likes the exam discipline and uses time resources in an effective manner. A successful teacher understands the content of exams and the administrative aspects. Exam teachers pay attention to their students’ worries and provide honest feedback for students.
Rezolvarea conflictelor (Studiu)
Etimologic, „conflict” înseamnă lovire reciprocă, înfruntare (conflictus = a se lovi unul pe altul). Este caracterizat drept o „opoziţie deschisă”, o luptă între indivizi sau grupuri cu interese divergente sau incompatibile, cu efecte distructive (de cele mai multe ori) asupra interacţiunii sociale. Acest context poate bloca procesul de comunicare, ducând la eşecul /insuccesul acesteia.

Deși utilizarea metodei pălăriilor gânditoare în activitățile de la grădiniță pare complicată pentru preșcolari, lucrul efectiv la grupă mi-a demonstrat că preșcolarii mari participă cu multă plăcere și interes la acest gen de activități, ei privesc totul ca pe un parcurs ludic, intră repede în mrejele jocului, respectă regulile impuse de către moderator, se transpun cu ușurință în rolul impus de fiecare pălărie, dau dovadă de multă imaginație și de spirit critic.
Building the Reading Habit
In our daily lives, we read so many things according to what we are interested in or what is useful for us to read. This category of interest includes reading for pleasure, enjoyment or personal development. In addition, we have a desire to read when there is the usefulness of the text that prompts this action. For example, if you wish to bake a cake for the first time it is a good idea to read the recipe. Sometimes, we may read something that is useful and find that it is interesting as well.
Building Confidence for Listening Exams
First of all, it is evident that students’ listening to texts for a long time causes tiredness among them. This feeling of tiredness when listening to foreign texts can turn into a cause of stress. But there is also another cause of stress: some teachers do not perform enough listening activities in the classroom and therefore students do not listen enough and do not develop their listening skills enough; that is why they are stressed.

Lectura, ca metodă, are dublă finalitate: dobândirea de către elevi a fondului aperceptiv necesar înțelegerii textului, în general, precum și consolidarea deprinderii de a utiliza cartea. În contextul Zilei naționale a lecturii 2023, la clasa I B, la ora de religie, s-a prezentat „Mica Biblie” și s-a citit un fragment din această carte. La sfârșitul activității, elevii au avut de colorat o fișă cu Sf. Treime la Stejarul Mamvri. Activitatea a constituit un prilej minunat pentru promovarea celei mai răspândite cărți din lume și a cititului ca preocupare curentă a elevilor.

Skills for the Twenty-First Century English Language Learning/ Teaching
Being an English language teacher in the 21st century involves developing a set of skills that can contribute to the way in which we interact with our students and the way in which we are perceived by them. To be more specific, in order to become efficient, inspiring and innovative teachers, we need to create the necessary conditions for learning to occur. Jeremy Harmer states in his book How to Teach English, with reference to teacher skills, that effective teachers need to be able to manage classes, match tasks and groups, vary their activities and embed their activities with destinations, or learning outcomes.

One of the most important skills which helps students to pass a listening exam is the skill of discriminating among sounds. If you want to be a good listener, you should be able to discriminate and distinguish among sounds and phonemes; this can make you understand speech, prosody and can help you grasp the meaning of words which are very similar; one vowel or consonant can make the difference between these words.
