Company exercise method it is a method used with grades XI th and XII th, this method provides training and premises of professional integration of graduates answering to the need for flexibility and adaptation to the types of skills identified as necessary at present and especially in the future, on a labor market which is in continuous change and adaptation. Students participate actively and they form their personal and professional development, getting involved directly in the learning process. The method consists insimulating the establishment, organization and functioning of a company at a virtual level, registred in the national network ROCT.
A workshop is a session of training that can last for a few days, focusing on solving problems; it requires active participation and practice, not only theoretical training it also requires involvement of participants.The idea is that the working group is actively involved.
The method of cooperative learning is an effective method of working with students grouped four to six, forming teams, which can be as diverse and heterogeneous. Members of each team shall consult, cooperate to perform simpler tasks or complex tasks . They contribute to the development of ideas – answers, solutions, proposals, arguments and providing rewards for team success. It can be applied in different ways, using different methods and techniques. One of the methods is called 6-3-5 „because student groups aremode up of six members, they states three ideas which are improved by the others 5 students. The other method is technical heraldry, it is based on team work to address theoretical notions of a more complex scientific content practically. It is called so because all of the signs, symbols, meanings, that students assigned to more complex economic concepts. The crest is suggestive and representative for states or communities and so it must be for the team that conceived it and for the subject matter.
An efficient and modern method that allows a comprehensive assessment of learning, involving an increased volume of work, mostly employed on issues of problematic nature, outside the classroom, is the project. Student work is conducted independently, individually or in groups over a longer time span a complementary method of evaluation.
Among the advantages of this method we mention: the possibility of an interdisciplinary approach to the topic; strengthening intellectual activity and enhancement techniques, stimulating students’ initiative and independence in activities, development of cognitive structures and their creative capabilities.
The project activity offers producers the opportunity to apply the skills acquired, it addresses their skills, emphasizes their inner motivation, encouraging them in the work that they do. Students broaden their knowledge horizons and deepen their already acquired ones, operate with new techniques, have the opportunity to apply elements of multidisciplinarity, transdisciplinarity, interdisciplinarity, find various sources of information and selects itaccording the requirements.
A practical example of project was presented within the module Accounting Events and Transactions which students of class XI th, grouped in fours, have carried out several projects including one entitled ”Accounting for obtaining finished products in a laboratory type confectionery pastry unit”, using methods, procedures and various teaching aids. To apply the method, the teacher announced the project theme, objectives, tasks to be achievied at group level, recommendations on steps and working arrangements, layout and evaluation.
The pupils worked enthusiastically independently and in groups outside the class and inside the class, being motivated by the attractiveness of the subject. The projects proved to be the fruit of a rich semidirected activities, creativity.
