Erasmus+ Mobility Program: A Week of Digital Learning, Culture, and Cooperation

From 20 to 24 April 2026, students and teachers from several European countries will take part in an Erasmus+ mobility program hosted by a partner school committed to innovation in education and intercultural dialogue. The week-long experience brings together culture, technology, and collaboration, offering participants the opportunity to learn, share, and grow in an international environment.

The program opens with a welcome session, including a presentation of the host school and guided tour. Students introduce themselves in mixed groups, creating the first connections between participating countries. The opening activities also include presentations of school programs, setting the foundation for a week focused on cooperation and shared learning.

The first day is dedicated to exploring the connection between culture and digital tools in education. Participants discover how technology can support cultural understanding and how digital resources can be integrated into classroom practice. Through workshops and discussions, students work with videos, podcasts, and online platforms to make cultural learning more interactive and engaging. The day concludes with a group reflection on digital engagement and the skills gained during the sessions.

The second day focuses on communication and collaboration within the school environment. Students examine how digital tools enhance interaction between peers and teachers and improve teamwork in educational settings. A key moment of the day is the eTwinning workshop, where participants explore strategies for developing international projects and life skills through digital platforms. In the afternoon, the program turns to values education, with a session dedicated to tolerance and intercultural understanding, encouraging students to reflect on their learning and emotions.

On the third day, participants leave the classroom for an educational visit to the Geo Info Centar Voćin (geoinfocentar.com/). Here, they take part in a photo challenge and develop skills in photo and video editing, combining creativity with digital competence. The day continues with a workshop on digital well-being, highlighting the importance of balance in the use of technology. Later, students participate in inclusive sports activities and digital detox moments designed to strengthen empathy, teamwork, and real-life communication.

The fourth day addresses critical digital awareness. Through the workshop “Fake Life vs. Real Life,” students explore the differences between online representations and real-world experiences, learning to critically analyse media content. Another session focuses on improving attention and focus in an increasingly digital world. The day concludes with reflective activities that encourage participants to think deeply about their relationship with technology and learning.

On the final day, creativity and cultural integration take centre stage. A photo challenge encourages students to express their perspective through visual storytelling, while the workshop “The Melting Pot – How Cultures Come Together” highlights the richness of cultural diversity and the importance of inclusion. The program ends with a final reflection session, where participants evaluate their learning experience and discuss how digital tools can continue to support education in the future. Certificates are awarded in recognition of participation and achievement.

This Erasmus+ mobility program offers a comprehensive learning experience that goes beyond traditional education. By combining digital innovation, cultural exchange, and reflective practice, it helps students develop essential skills for the future while fostering cooperation and mutual understanding across Europe.
